SCREENING OF APPLICANTS
A databank of applicants is maintained and updated in our main database by our specialized recruitment staff. Each applicant's background experience and qualifications are methodically and closely screened and verified to ensure the best possible candidates to be shortlisted for a specific job category.
Our overseas employer-clients can avail of our interview and conference rooms which are equipped with whiteboards and a multimedia projector for their company presentations.
Should our employer-principals opt to conduct interviews of applicants from the comfort of their own home office at their own convenient time of the day, real time webcam interviews can readily be organized by Pax.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION
A comprehensive medical, physical and psychological examination of candidates can be conducted by local hospitals and clinics that are officially accredited by the respective employer-country's embassy, reciprocally with the Philippine Dept of Health (DOH) and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Dept of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Should trade tests be required prior to final selection of applicants, independent leading trade test companies in the Philippines, that are recognized and accredited by the Philippine government, can conduct professional trade tests to certify the competency and eligibility of applicants.
DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSING
Pax provides all recruited workers expert assistance in applying for relevant work permits / visas pertinent to the country of employment. Our services include support and assistance in obtaining all travel documents such as passports, police clearances, Overseas Employment Certificates from POEA, airline flight reservations and any other documentation requirement that the employer-principal may need.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR (PDOS)
Pre-departure orientation seminar to departing workers using state-of-the-art multimedia equipment on Power Point plus slides presentation by professional trainors and lecturers. They impart not only knowledge but share their overseas work experiences as well.
We take care of introducing the employer’s company, employment package and benefits, rules and regulations, the host country's culture, customs and traditions, do's and don'ts and relevant laws to successful candidates prior to their actual departure.
